Personal Training (Private & Small Group) Our Personal Training program is fully customized to you—your goals, your body, your life. Sessions can be one-on-one for dedicated attention or in small groups of 2–4 for motivation and community accountability. Every Personal Training program includes: ✅ Customized Programming: Tailored specifically to your goals, whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, performance, or injury prevention. ✅ Trainerize App Access: Track your workouts, communicate directly with Coach Cason, and receive daily accountability. ✅ Formats: Choose from 50-minute full sessions or 30-minute express sessions. ✅ Real Progress Tracking: Regular assessments to measure your strength, mobility, and overall progress. ✅ Mindset & Nutrition Guidance: Coaching to help you develop habits and routines that lead to long-term success.
