It’s a system built for student athletes (ages 10–16) who want to perform at a higher level—on the field, in the classroom, and in life. Training happens in small group tiers (6–8 athletes max) so each athlete gets the attention, structure, and accountability they need to grow. Whether your child is just starting organized sports or preparing for varsity tryouts, this program delivers real development, not just conditioning. We focus on: Strength and speed mechanics Mobility, injury prevention, and body control Competitive mindset and leadership habits Progress you can see, measure, and be proud of Our athletes train twice a week in 8-week development cycles. Every cycle ends with a full Assessment Week, custom progress report, and opportunities to earn recognition through Tier Advancement, Athlete of the Week, and PR Shoutouts. We train in three performance tiers: 🔹 Foundation Tier (10–12) – Movement mastery, speed drills, confidence-building 🔸 Development Tier (13–14) – Strength training, sprint mechanics, mindset work 🔺 Elite Prep Tier (15–16) – Advanced performance, power output, leadership development Each athlete receives a branded welcome package, participates in monthly Leadership Huddles, and becomes part of a culture where discipline earns everything.
